The outdoor shower and storage room provides space to rinse off after a day at beach. The home is only a short walk from the beach, Avalon Pier and local shops and restaurants.

**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in
The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Family of 4 two kids two adults and 2 dogs. The hot tub was clean. The home was perfect for our family. We were nervous our dogs might get out since the fence wasn’t too sturdy but they did great and we never had an issue! There were plenty of towels and linens. They provide so many cleaning items and the kitchen has pretty much anything you need except the food! It’s a few minute walk to the beach maybe 5 if that! It’s convenient to so many shops and fun things to do. The check in was easy and the check out they don’t ask for much at all! When we booked I saw some negative reviews but this is a constantly lived in beach home so it’s not going to be perfect and we know that. We stay in a new home every year and this one was great and we will be coming back!

Pet friendly and completely fenced in. The hot tub on the deck was great. Kitchen was updated and clean but sparce as far as cooking needs but we made due. Easy walk to the beach and beach entrance is right at the end of the road. Good host communication.

Great location to be able to walk to the beach or out to eat. The place needs a little TLC as its not that clean or beds not comfy for older people. The living room and kitchen were wonderful to relax and cook it.

Great location, however for the price of the stay…. upon arrival one of my kids found a screw on one of the bunk bed mattress. The whole place needs some tlc..broken wood with nails sticking out under the house not safe for kids, back door does not stay shut, the hot tub was full of sand, patio area underneath had trash everywhere and was falling apart in areas, even though it says fenced in back yard not suitable for small dogs. Host does communicate well, we had an issue with the dish washer and they sent a tech over the next day. Overall great location to the pier, beach and town but the home indoors and out needs lots of TLC for the price being charged.
