Avis et évaluations
8 / 10Excellent·juin 2026
Excellent location, plenty of space for a family of 5. Nice to have access to a kitchen while traveling with kids, and this place is definitely less expensive than a hotel. The apartment was clean, but showed wear. Appears much better in photos than in person. Host was slow with communication. Upon arrival the air conditioner did not work. There was a portable AC unit, but it is not as effective as the built in unit. We checked in on Saturday afternoon, so it wasn’t able to be fixed until Monday, and we checked out Tuesday. Shower drain was slow the whole time and was not able to be fixed. Shower door does not close all the way and the bracket that holds the shower head is broken. I notified the host of all these issues and the only on fixed was the AC (which is definitely most important). Overall I would stay there again with a family in Paris looking for affordability accommodations.

Overall good stay. Check in wasn’t very smooth as it took a while to get into the building. Great location.

Excellent location a few blocks from the Champs-Élysées. Apartment was as advertised and depicted. We would definately stay at this property if available in the future.
8 / 10Excellent·juin 2025
Great location, 2 blocks from Champs-Elysees and 2 metro lines. Great cafes and grocery store nearby. Unit is not great for small children, can make it work but better for kids 5 in age. Mix up with host on our check-in time and last guests check-out caused overlap and a unit that wasn’t cleaned properly. Host arranged second cleaning but other than that the host was largely unresponsive.
