My family and I had an AMAZING time at this property. The photos and description do not do this hidden gem justice. Vernon was an amazing host. My family is already asking about a return date.

Our host was very attentive to our needs. Anything we reported or requested he was very quick to respond and very accommodating to our needs. Location was great. There was 19 of us and even if some stayed up later in the evening, the house is well insulated and you could not hear anything. Washer and dryer on site plenty of parking. Three different balconies for relaxing on. Neighborhood was quiet. We actually saw a deer in the neighbors yard while we were there. Kroger‘s was literally three minutes down the road. Steps are a killer if you’re older, but there are two King suites on the main floor and an additional guest bathroom. You can park in the overflow parking and go through the bottom floor level if your rooms are down there which saves you from climbing up steps and down steps. We brought our own games and there were several tables in their party room so we were able to spread out. It was a great time.

Our Host, Vernon, was exceptional. Every question, comment was addressed promptly and with a smile. The HOME IS BEAUTIFUL. The listing/video is only a glimpse of this lovely home. It has all of makings of what it takes to be comfortable in YOUR HOME (even if just for the weekend). Plenty of space, bathrooms, kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, grills, outside seating and even a nice view from the beautiful front door. Parking is at a premium, able to accommodate large vans. The location is prime, you have plenty of shopping areas within 5 mins (take the left off of Cottage Lane :)) There was talk of a pool, and I hope it becomes a reality, as this place will definitely be the hit of Nashville with it. Our sister-friend (group of 10) truly enjoyed our time at the Big House and would definitely choose it again and again.
