You’ll find a cozy home, a four-car garage, separate entrances for guests and staff, and a wheelchair-accessible ramp.
A spacious balcony with a magnificent view, where you can lie back in a hammock and listen to the birds singing. If you’re lucky, you’ll even spot toucans and parakeets that add to the beauty of this place.
The outdoor space
Two of the three suites in the house have French doors leading to the garden, where you’ll find the barbecue area, complete with an 8-seat table, a sofa, a TV, a refrigerator, and a commercial-grade stove. Next to this area, you’ll also find a full bathroom for your comfort.
In this same area, there’s a 3-meter-diameter above-ground pool with a capacity of 13,000 liters of water for you and your family to cool off.
We also have a delightful shower, lounge chairs, and a beautiful gazebo with benches where you can sit and chat while enjoying a drink and some snacks.

All areas of the house will be available to guests.
