Located 700 meters from the beautiful beach at Nora, in Pula, in southern Sardinia, this 45-square-meter independent studio apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom with a washing machine, and a garden with a gazebo where you can dine outdoors. The center of the town of Pula is just a 5-minute walk from the property, while the beach is easily reached in about ten minutes, also on foot. The house is surrounded by all kinds of amenities: supermarkets, a beach club, restaurants, pizzerias, and even a playground for children. The apartment, a very bright basement unit, is fully furnished. My cats live in the garden, so unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other pets. The unique identification code for private accommodations is P9041. On Google: “A casa di Oba”
