This 2 story, two-bedroom vacation home is situated near to the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, this resort is a golfer's paradise. The vaulted ceiling in this condo also allows for natural sunlight to brighten up your Hawaiian retreat. Enjoy all the conveniences of home, right at your fingertips. You'll have your own private furnished lanai, perfect for relaxing and appreciating the beauty of the island. Both bedrooms are located upstairs on the second level of this condo with a half bathroom downstairs. New flooring on the stairs and 2nd floor completed July 2022. The master bedroom in this condo has a king-sized bed (new as of July 2022) and a private balcony for you to truly relish the serenity of Hawaii Island. The ensuite bathroom gives you the luxury of a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The guest bedroom features 2 twin beds, a sofa sleeper in the living room allows for a maximum occupancy of 5 guests. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo. Bonus extra half bath is featured in this condo downstairs of the lower level. This villa comes with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, central air, cable television, an in-room washer/dryer, and a reserved parking stall.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very comfortable, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. It’s conveniently located near all the great beaches and amenities on the West Coast. The property felt very safe and was beautifully maintained — a perfect home base for exploring the area.

The home was spacious and clean. The host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Amenities and grounds were impeccable and quiet. It was peaceful and relaxing and convenient to many places on the island. Communication was clear and polite. There is the feeling of Aloha all over this place!
