Internally, the well-presented studio is equipped with underfloor heating. A scenic balcony can be accessed from the open-plan living room, for a carefree summertime flow. The living area features a double sofa bed for 2 and a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining set for 2. Accompanying the compact yet functional space is a modern fitted shower room.

Stayed here solo and had a positive experience. The location is excellent, the unit was very clean, and the rental management company provided outstanding, responsive service.It’s a very compact studio—the couch converts to the bed and leaves little room to move. The galley kitchen is efficient and well equipped for 1–2 people. Key pickup/drop-off requires about a 20-minute walk, which adds some inconvenience. The decent balcony would be more of a plus in warmer weather.Best for a solo traveler who prioritizes location and doesn’t mind tight space, I would stay here again.
