This beautiful 3-room newly built apartment (60 sqm) in Scharbeutz is centrally located, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea and the Dünenmeile with its boutiques, restaurants, and cafés. The spa park is also within walking distance.

The apartment is on the first floor and is easily accessible by elevator. Amenities include a cozy living room with a sofa, a smart TV, a radio, and a dining area for four people. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, a microwave-oven combo, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, and a Senseo coffee maker. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a hair dryer. The apartment also has two bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), and the guest/children’s room has a bunk bed (0.90 x 2.00 m) with a safety rail. Both rooms also have a flat-screen TV.
