While the interior is a cozy, modern retreat, the crown jewel of this property is the massive 568 sq. ft. private rooftop terrace. Effectively doubling your living space, this open-air sanctuary features a grill and lounge area—perfect for sunrise coffees or stargazing over the Atlantic.
Penthouse Features:
Sleeping: A plush King-size bed and a rollaway toddler bed (ideal for 2 adults and 1 child).
Workspace: A dedicated adjustable desk for those blending work with paradise.
Kitchenette: Fully equipped with all the essentials for beachside snacks and light meals.
Climate: High-powered AC keeps the sleeping area perfectly chilled.
Convenience: In-unit washer/dryer and a modern bathroom.
Resort Amenities Located within a secure, gated beachfront community, you’ll have full access to:
A sparkling oversized pool and gazebo.
Tennis and basketball courts.
Direct access to the complex's private beach (perfect for sunbathing and watching the waves).

Building Security: The condominium administration strictly enforces a "No Unregistered Visitors" policy. Building security will only grant access to staying guests who register in the entrance logbook upon arrival. Outside visitors are not permitted.
Authentic Penthouse Living: This unit is located on the 4th floor. There is no elevator, but the views from the top are worth every step.
Beach Preparedness: We provide fresh bath towels; please remember to bring your own beach towels for your adventures.
Safety First: The waves at our complex’s private beach are powerful and raw—breathtaking to watch, but we recommend swimming at the protected "Pocita" at Jobos or Montones nearby.
Island Mobility: We have a 7-passenger Nissan Pathfinder SUV available for rent ($120/day) to help you explore the island in comfort. Please inquire for availability!

The home was clean and welcoming. Bed was comfy and lots of room to spread out, with two balconies. The host was communicative and very friendly. There is a great pool and close walk to a the beautiful ocean. The place is close to all the restaurants and bars so it’s an easy place to spend time.

This place was perfect for a business trip and a little relaxation. The patios were perfect for working outside and taking some breaks to soak up the sun and views. It all the amenities for staying in the make a light meal and was comfortably furnished for a couple people. I’d recommend this place for a couple of a small family traveling with one child. Host was super responsive and the location is close to tons of restaurants and right on jobos beach so it’s gorgeous.
