Overall it was a great stay. First day, we had an issue with A/C not dropping the temperature. They made it right sending a tech and it getting it corrected. Great house. Actual facility needs to provide check in at the gate easilier not your fault. Overall great experience pool was clean. Rooms clean, I would stay again and recommend to family.and friends.

PROS: This is a nice house in terms of space, decor, layout and location. Family loved the themed bedrooms. Response time to anything was mostly quick. No issues getting in and out the resort. Resort facilities were great. However, I can only rate the home at 7.5. CONS: The entire home needs a fresh coat of paint inside, especially the dining area, and the family open area upstairs. I must say I was surprised because I saw these same issues in previous reviews. I just don’t get it -why would you not address them? The doors all needed a good wipe down cleaning front and back. Kitchen curtain needs to be washed before the next rental (if I could have reached the rod I would have done it myself). Accommodations for 15 easily but only 6 patio chairs. ALL carpets need a good steam cleaning. A new set of durable pots and pans needed. We still had a wonderful time but I would probably rent a different unit on return as it doesn’t seem as though the reviews are taken seriously. We paid a lot of money and 10 traveled from NY…this house could be pristine with some attention to detail and customer comments.

House was very similar to the pictures advertised, but very used. Make sure you read the descriptions. Also we did have to buy some of our own things and left there. Example a cookie sheet for the oven. There were no kitchen towels. Besides that other deficiency they were able to correct. And management was very quick to respond. Out of 10 i would rate 7

House is really large and laid out nicely. So nice having the kids and grandkids under one roof. Kids loved the themed rooms. Plenty of space for everyone and house is close to everything. Unfortunately had a cold snap while we were there so can’t comment on the water park.
