One-room apartment on the 1st floor with a south-facing balcony. Living/sleeping area with a double bed, pull-out sofa bed, dining area, satellite TV, radio, telephone, and safe. Well-equipped kitchenette with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and dishwasher. Bathroom with corner shower, toilet, bidet, sink with ample storage, makeup mirror, hair dryer, and window.
Our unique apartment building is nestled among our own orchards and vineyards and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. You can relax in the large garden with a sunbathing lawn and heated pool in a peaceful atmosphere. There is also an infrared sauna available for free use. Thanks to excellent bus connections, you can enjoy a car-free vacation; there’s even a self-service shop on the premises with a coffee machine and homemade delicacies.
