This comfortable 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz, located on the 1st floor with a south-facing balcony in the Strandglück Haus B building, was completed in early summer 2013 and is easily accessible by elevator. It’s just a few steps to the beach, the pedestrian promenade, or the spa gardens.
The apartment features a modern living/bedroom with a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV (cable), radio via TV, Wi-Fi, unlimited internet access, a dining area for 3 people, and an integrated, fully equipped kitchenette (Senseo coffee maker, egg cooker, dishwasher, oven/grill/microwave, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment). The separate bedroom features a double bed (box spring bed, 1.80 m x 2.00 m, with a single continuous mattress), a second flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, and blackout blinds. The modern bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, and hair dryer rounds out this beautiful apartment.
An underground parking space is included with the apartment (the maximum clearance height of the garage is 1.98 m). A private storage locker in the basement is available for storing bicycles. The beach, the pedestrian promenade, and the spa gardens are just a few steps away. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment.

The apartments are located directly across from the spa gardens, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone.
