This recently renovated apartment, located just a stone's throw from the center, is fully equipped and even has air conditioning and an elevator. From the balcony you can watch the hustle and bustle of the city and make plans for the days ahead in Genoa. The apartment is the ideal base for a family or a smaller group.
Just a stone's throw from the elevator, which is directly connected to the subway, you can reach, for example, the Aquarium and the beautiful Mackenzie Castle and Villa Zerbino.

Lovely little apartment located very near the station. Perfect for a few nights stay. Air conditioning was very welcome. Great little balcony. Clear instructions shared to access the key to get into the apartment.Lots of steep stairs to access the apartment building and the key- we managed to gain access but something that people should be aware of if less mobile.We had no hot water- this was fine and could be we needed to do something but instructions for the apartment were not clear

Great communication, well equipped.
Be ready for stairs once you get there it’s beautiful views, close to transport and grocery.
Perfect for families, very local feel!
