In the MID-MODERN Akragas Home apartment, you’ll feel as though you’re staying in the ancient city of Agrigento, yet with modern touches that bring you into the present day.

Every room (bathroom, kitchen–living room, and the two bedrooms) features a balcony overlooking the Valley of the Temples and the sea!

The first double bedroom features a queen-size bed with memory foam pillows and mattress (top of the line).

The second double bedroom features a king-size bed, and this room also has a memory foam mattress and pillows.

The bedrooms are partially separate, as you must pass through the first bedroom to enter the second one.

Both bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 people in total (plus any infants who can be placed in the crib provided in the unit).

Upon your arrival, you will find your rooms ready for the night with high-quality, 100% cotton sheets and duvets that are completely hypoallergenic.

Inside the rooms, you’ll find: a complimentary welcome kit with shower gel, shampoo, intimate hygiene products, a shower cap, and hand soap; a set of three towels for each guest (large, medium, and small).

In the closets of each room, you’ll find: twin-size sheets, pillowcases, and two pillows.

Additionally, both rooms feature a small corner with a desk where you can work in complete privacy.

The kitchen-living room, which is the heart of the apartment, is a real gem, offering the perfect blend of modern and vintage styles and equipped with all necessary appliances, including a coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, etc.; it is also very bright and features a balcony.

There is a table where you can enjoy a convivial moment sharing lunch or dinner with friends, as well as a comfortable modern sofa where you can relax in front of a smart TV.

There is a bathroom with all the necessary amenities, including a deluxe walk-in shower, a balcony, and a washing machine—it’s truly very cozy.

The apartment is meticulously designed with attention to every detail, featuring stylish design elements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere and make you feel right at home!

The highlight of the apartment is its prime location in the historic center on Agrigento’s famous Via Atenea, yet it remains extremely quiet despite its central setting! Furthermore, it is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for both a short stay of a few days and a long-term stay (up to 29 days; beyond that, reservations will still be accepted, but you’ll need to sign a temporary lease agreement at check-in).

The apartment offers views of the sea and the Valley of the Temples, where you can admire magnificent sunsets and enjoy moments of relaxation.

Outside Via Atenea, there are numerous on-street parking spots (in the blue-line zones) and in the police station parking lot, just a 5-minute walk from the property. There is also a secure, paid multi-story parking garage at Via Empedocle 29, just a 10-minute walk away. (I’ll provide you with all the necessary information via chat so you can easily park your car just a 5-minute walk from the property!)
