The Villa was perfectly situated and well appointed. Service from HMR (Matthew) was second to none, we had a small issue and he was with us within a couple of hours and the problem was resolved within 24 hours. All in all would recommend the Villa to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Moraira.
The only improvement I can think of would be a knife sharpener (or new sharp knives) in the kitchen, we like to cook and out of 5 or 6 sharp knives only 2 were usable. Other than that the kitchen was really well equipped

A lovely villa set over 2 floors with views of Portet beach. We loved the various outdoor seating areas set across the 3 levels, the walk into Moraira town was a pleasant walk in an evening.
If I had to find any negatives, I would suggest a gate at the top of the steps leading to the pool would be useful to give peace of mind with young children.
