A tastefully and modernly furnished 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz, on the 2nd floor, with a south-facing balcony, in Building A Strandglück.
The elevator provides convenient access to the 2nd floor. The apartment features a modern living/sleeping area with a fold-out bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, a hi-fi system with CD and DVD players, Wi-Fi, and a dining area for 4 people. The room has a modern, bright, and inviting design, and the balcony is accessible from here. The very well-equipped open kitchenette (dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and Tassimo coffee machine) is also integrated into this space.
In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and blackout curtains ensure a restful night’s sleep; another flat-screen TV is available here.
The beautiful bathroom with shower and toilet features a tiled shower area with a walk-in design, a hair dryer, and a washing machine.
The apartment is in a quiet location directly across from the spa gardens, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone.
You can buy fresh rolls for breakfast in the morning right in the building at the Dallmeyer bakery.

The elevator provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments with views of the spa park or the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and—last but not least—the beautifully landscaped Dünenmeile invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bike storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing beach walks or bike rides.
