There is an elevator in the building, so you can easily reach your apartment!
To enjoy a wonderful vacation in Niendorf, we recommend booking directly with us. This apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child, and you’ll be just a few meters from the Niendorf harbor.
Fancy a delicious fish sandwich to go? Want to stroll down to the promenade and enjoy the beautiful view? No problem at all!

The living room features a cozy sitting area; the couch is a pull-out sofa (no blackout curtains, but a roller shade is provided).
The TV is perfect for relaxing evenings on the couch. The open kitchenette is connected to the living room. You’ll find a bar table with 3 bar stools where you can enjoy breakfast. The newly renovated kitchen is also perfect for whipping up a delicious dinner even while on vacation. Of course, a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and ceramic cooktop are provided. You’re welcome to use the oven and the dishwasher as well. You can listen to music on the stereo system!

In the evenings, after long walks, you’ll enjoy relaxing on the balcony (east-facing), which is furnished with a table and two chairs. The bedroom, featuring a double bed, is equipped with a large closet.
A modern shower room has been tastefully furnished for your use.

You also have the option to use the swimming pool, which is open daily, and the accompanying sauna.
The swimming pool is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
The sauna is open on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
The hours vary here: women’s sauna, men’s sauna, and communal sauna. Please check the notices posted in the building for details.
The swimming pool is expected to be closed for cleaning and maintenance from 02.11-13.11.2026 and 01.11-12.11.2027

MA washing machine and dryer, as well as a bicycle storage room, are available to you in the basement.

An underground parking space is reserved for you. (Very narrow parking space, width 2.13 m)
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.



Family-friendly vacation complex: The “Carpe Diem” vacation complex is located just 150 meters from the beach in Niendorf.
Here, you’ll spend your vacation in apartments for 2–4 people, ranging in size from 45 to 50 m², which are easily accessible by elevator from the first floor.
On the terrace or balcony, you can breathe in the first Baltic Sea breeze first thing in the morning.

The on-site sauna provides cozy warmth even on cooler days, and you can take a dip in the adjacent swimming pool all year round.
Shared coin-operated washers and dryers are available for your vacation laundry.

One parking space is reserved for each apartment. There is also a storage room for bicycles and a room for strollers in the basement.

The idyllic harbor of Niendorf is just 400 meters away, where you can buy freshly caught fish, and a bakery is also nearby.
You’ll find additional shopping options 1,500 meters away in the town center or in Timmendorfer Strand, 2,200 meters away.

The shuttle bus on Strandstraße provides good connections to the neighboring Baltic Sea towns.

The Hansa-Park leisure and family park in Sierksdorf near Neustadt in Holstein is definitely a lot of fun and well worth a visit.
Here you’ll find over 125 attractions ranging from “chill to thrill.”
