Welcome to ArchiStudio—an extraordinary, modern-minimalist studio apartment featuring a sustainable design, distinctive architecture, and an impressive panoramic view of Lake Constance.
The spacious, floor-to-ceiling 6-meter glass facade fully opens the living space to nature and offers an unparalleled view of the lake, the charming village of Sipplingen, and the surrounding green landscape. The private terrace invites you to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee, a glass of wine in the evening, or al fresco dining while taking in this unique view.
The ArchiStudio combines clean lines, natural materials, and cozy comfort. It features a private terrace, a compact kitchen, a private parking space, and an open living area—ideal for two adults or teenagers who appreciate architecture, nature, tranquility, and a mindful lifestyle.
A HOUSE WITH A DISTINCTIVE ARCHITECTURAL HISTORY
The ArchiStudio is located in an architecturally unique house designed in 1976 by a regionally renowned architect and honored that same year as “House of the Year” by the well-known home and architecture magazine “Schöner Wohnen.”
The construction method—which was extraordinary and ingenious at the time—was far ahead of its time and made the building a prime example of modern architecture.
Until 2018, the space that is now ArchiStudio was used as an architectural firm. In 2020, the entire building underwent extensive renovation and was modernized to meet energy-efficiency and ecological standards. Great care was taken to preserve the characteristic architectural and design elements of the original building.
In 2025, the interior design of the ArchiStudio was redesigned by an experienced design team and implemented with great attention to detail.
SUSTAINABLE VACATION WITH 100% RENEWABLE ENERGY
The ArchiStudio is part of a building that is powered entirely by renewable energy. Energy is supplied via solar photovoltaics and a modern air-source heat pump for the underfloor heating. Neither oil nor natural gas is used.
Sustainability was also a priority in the apartment’s amenities: High-quality, water-saving fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom ensure a mindful yet comfortable stay.
