Great location in the heart of Florence. 15 minutes from the train station. Nice apartment, very comfortable. We would stay here again.
The apartment didn't have any Kleenex, dish towels, dish soap, coffee, condiments, paper towels, etc. Very bare.
There is a washer in the apartment. We were told there are dryers on the fourth floor, but they didn't work. Be prepared to hang dry your clothes.

Beds and sofa need updating

The location of the apartment couldn’t be beat. Walking distance to everything, close to train station, markets and sights.
One recommendation - bedrooms need mirrors to aid in multiple people getting ready. We also could have used more toilet paper based on the number of people.
