The 110 m² "Bastide" (rated 3 stars!!!) is located in Saint-Laurent-des-Arbres, a charming Provençal village!!! with all its amenities.
Just 15 minutes from Avignon, home to the annual Avignon Festival and the “City of the Popes,” 15 minutes from Châteauneuf-du-Pape, 30 minutes from Uzès and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, and 1 hour from the coast (La Grande Motte, Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, etc.).
Located on the prestigious WINE ROUTE with its vineyards and châteaux.
Hiking and mountain biking for active travelers.
The property features: A spacious living and dining area with a large adjoining kitchen, totaling 43 m².
