The apartment is located in the center of Scharbeutz. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find numerous shops, restaurants, and cafés that invite you to take a leisurely stroll. The Baltic Sea beach is about 300 meters away.
This sunny 2-room apartment, renovated in 2021, is located on the 2nd floor with a south-facing balcony and is furnished for 2 people. The living area features a cozy sitting area, a flat-screen TV (90 cm diagonal), a radio, and a dining area for 2 people. Pleated blinds for sun protection are standard features of this beautiful apartment.
