Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (unauthorized guests not permitted)
Parking: Up to 4 vehicles in garage and driveway only
Security: Exterior cameras at front and rear entrances for safety and trash monitoring (bears do roam the area!)
We truly love our cabin and take pride in keeping it clean, well-maintained, and welcoming for every guest. In return, we kindly ask that guests treat it with the same care and respect. We have high standards for cleanliness and conduct, and we want to ensure that all guests understand and agree to our house rules and checkout procedures prior to booking.
Please communicate our rules with everyone in your group to ensure that Bear Haven is a good fit for your stay.
Guests who do not follow the house rules may be charged the full damage deposit.

We spent a week at the cabin and our family of 5 had a great time! The location is perfect, close walk to town or the beach, short drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Hiking trails and towns like Leland, Sutton’s Bay. and Traverse. We have rented a lot of cabins/homes and this one was very well appointed and had everything. Loved the pool table, projector screen and fire pit! We enjoyed the area so much we are already talking about when we can come back!

Wonderful property. We had three generations in our group and it was both cozy and provided amble space to spread out. The living room with fireplace open to the kitchen was a wonderful gathering spot and the basement game room with projection TV was awesome. We all enjoyed the pool table and 1980s arcade games. Loved the extra touches like the cards, games, and puzzles. The kitchen is well equipped and we especially loved the pancake griddle for slow, cozy mornings. The bedrooms were so quiet, too. The owners and property managers were very responsive to only a minor issue and were wonderful to work with. Great home and great location to the lake and all the Glen Arbor restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay. House is a set up nicely for a stay. Everything we needed was on site. Our kids loved their games and pool table.
