Spacious home, exceptional host. The home is clean, nicely furnished, well maintained, quiet and safe. It is in an established neighborhood with easy access to 400 which gives you a short drive to Roswell and the northeast communities. The bed was comfortable and the shower was newly remodeled with a magnetic dock for a handheld shower head. The large forested lot and patio were a bonus. The host responded quickly to questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We had mixed feelings about this house. The location is excellent. It is convenient to the highway, yet in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The furnishings are very comfortable and the kitchen is well-appointed. Everything is in good condition. The surrounding woods are lovely to look at from the living room. The master bedroom is very spacious, although we were surprised that we had to go through the second bedroom to access the bathroom. The owner was very responsive to our questions and needs. We had an issue with noise. Adjoining rooms and the loft above are rented to others and the sound carries through the walls such that conversations are clearly audible. The owner was very understanding about the issue and told us that he was planning to install panels to reduce the noise to the rooms next to the living room.
