Casa Febea and Casa delle Farfalle consists of 2 Villas adjacent to each other. The first Villa is composed of 3 double bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom, a large living/dining room and kitchen. The second Villa consists of a large living/dining room with kitchen and bathroom on the first floor, and 3 bedrooms on the second floor. One bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and the other two share a bathroom.
Casa Febea sleeps up to 12 people and if you wish we cater for you as well. Or perhaps you d just want to be left alone, than we ll guarantee absolute privacy. Excursions, chefs - all can be organized, just let us know what your needs are.

All bedrooms have a bathroom en-suite. If you are traveling in a large group, there won't be any fights for the showers - an important aspect for relaxing holidays.
You’ll find plenty of historic charm in Italy and CASA Febea is ideally situated for excursions to Florence, Rome, Siena, and the wineries at Montepulciano. We are in the middle of Italy, only 5 minutes from the motorway exit of CHIUSI, even a day trip to the sea on either side is not too long a distance.
Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday of March until the first Saturday of November, located in a carefully manicured garden just 10 meters from the villa. The rectangular pool measures 8 x 4 m, with a depth of 1, 40 m. The area bordering the swimming pool is terracotta pavement.

The Etruscans built this town and many of its remains go back to that time period, including many of the tombs found in the surrounding territory. Chiusi or Camars, as the Etruscans called it, is a very pleasant town and very much worth a visit.
CETONA is a charming medieval town of etruscan origins, listed as one of the most beautiful villages of Italy. Its archeological sites are impressive and the views of the Italian countryside breathtaking.
Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October, located in a carefully manicured garden in front of the villa. The rectangular measures 10 x 4 m, with a depth of 1, 40 m. The area bordering the swimming pool is terracotta pavement.

something yourself, then this may be an interesting solution for you.
Our in house cooking service will make a simple and light dinner for you with a fine selection of appetizers, a pasta dish and bruschette & good wine, naturally.
- BREAKFAST IN THE VILLA - every morning, in the dedicated charming Breakfast room with outside patio, we can prepare a wholesome breakfast with traditional products of the region. A staff member will be there to prepare yummy coffee, Italian famous cappuccino with a Buffet breakfast at your disposal with freshly baked croissants, local cheese, hams scrambled eggs ,bacon, fruit , cakes, juices and yogurt and and and
-COOKING CLASS – Our guests will have the pleasure of learning how to prepare delicious, handmade pasta. An experienced chef will introduce you to this fine and very Italian art.
-TRADITIONAL DINNER - A typical Tuscan dinner can be booked. In the comfort of our house - your holiday home - our chef prepares those delicious dishes of the region. The dinner consists of:
- 1 Grande Antipastone - a selection of different starters , - 1 Primo - main course - 1 Secondo - local meat - Side dish – Vegetables - Dessert
- TRUFFLE HUNTING + TRUFFLE BASED LUNCH/DINNER
- WINE TASTING IN THE VILLA + DINNER
DAILY ROOM SERVICE - if desired, housekeeping service will be available to tidy your bedroom every

We have stayed at the Villa Febea and Casa Febea property previously and will be returning again in August 2019. We cannot say enough about how beautiful and well managed the property is. The Italian cypress tree lined driveway leading to Villas is just the start of an amazing vacation.
Casa Febea is a secluded, private property sitting on a hill with views of the countryside. You can enjoy walking through the grounds alongside olive groves with views of hilltop Tuscan towns. It is a pleasant walk to the closest town of Chuisi (about 30 minutes), through the back of the property and alongside country fields, farms and vineyards.
You can enjoy cooking in the well appointed kitchen (grocery stores are about a 5 minute drive) or choose to have your meals catered. We choose the Welcome dinner and Tuscan dinner, prepared by the staff. It was delicious, regional and plentiful. They accommodated all special food requests.
Relaxing by the pool was a highlight for everyone.
The close proximity to so many wonderful towns and sites makes it a perfect place for a group vacation.

Villa Febea is an ideal place to spend a week (or more) for many reasons. It can accommodate a large group (we were 12 adults) and each bedroom had a private bath with shower. The villa itself is very comfortable with all the amenities one would need. The kitchen is well supplied and everything is spotlessly clean. The staff is very accommodating - a dinner was prepared for us on the day we arrived. The pool is large, heated if needed, and a great place to spend an afternoon after exploring the countryside. Chiusi, the nearby town, has everything you need. The train station is very central and will whisk you away to Florence or Orvieto . We rented cars so we were able visit several of the lovely Tuscan and Umbrian villages. The entire week spent at the villa was pure joy- thanks to Jacopo and his excellent staff. Recommended highly!
