Living room has a pull out couch that can sleep an additional 2 people. New main bath, wood floors. Large private fenced backyard equipped for grilling. Located next to a park, coffee shop, bar, and restaurant. Just 12 blocks away from Market Street, Ballard Locks, Golden Gardens Park/Shilshole Marina.

We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation weekend 6/13/26 and all was as expected. Charming mid-century house in the lovely Ballard area. Convenient to the locks and golden gardens park. The drive to UW campus was long so not the most convenient location for that but we made it work. Hard to get anywhere in Seattle on a busy summer weekend in under 30 minutes.

The house was clean, well stocked with kitchen essentials and had a great location. Would definitely rent again.

The property was fantastic with a lot of charm. It was well furnished and very comfortable for our long weekend stay in Seattle. The kitchen was well furnished and had all we needed to cook and make the stay very pleasant. It’s Seattle in the fall so we did not get to enjoy the back yard as much as we would have liked but it was a large backyard that would have been great for dinners or a glass of wine. Thanks for sharing your property with our family.
