Historic 4-Bedroom Home in Downtown Beaufort’s Old Point
Located in the heart of Beaufort’s prestigious Old Point neighborhood, this beautifully restored historic home offers a rare opportunity to experience the charm and elegance of the Lowcountry. Built in the late 1800s, the home is rich in character and history and is ideally situated just three short blocks from Waterfront Park, as well as Beaufort’s downtown shops, art galleries, restaurants, and attractions.
The home has been thoughtfully and fully restored, blending historic details with modern comfort. Features include a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, limestone tile, heart pine floors, and a curated collection of unique antiques sourced from Bali and Indonesia.
Sleeping Arrangements
• Primary suite (upstairs): King bed, private bathroom with whirlpool tub, and a private sitting area
• Second upstairs bedroom: King bed and single bed
• Third upstairs bedroom: One queen bed and two twin beds
• Fourth bedroom (downstairs): King bed
Wireless internet and cable TV are provided for your convenience.
Outdoor Living
Three spacious porches offer the perfect setting to relax, take in the beautiful Lowcountry scenery, and watch horse-drawn carriage rides pass by. Just a short walk away, Beaufort’s newly renovated Waterfront Park features scenic views, walking paths, and a playground—ideal for an afternoon outdoors.

We love the convenience of staying right in downtown Beaufort and the house is great. Lots of room for our extended family. The A/C struggled to keep up with the record heat that swept through the low country but we managed ok. This was our second consecutive year staying at the house and we look forward to doing it again next year.

We were in town for our daughter's wedding. The house was perfect for all of our family. Plenty of room and very convenient to the church, downtown and The Fillin Station where the groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner.

Great location and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Lots of Beds and spacious.

The location in the city is wonderful with ample parking. Walking to the downtown areawas easy. We were fortunate to see a firework show from the back balcony. We would definitely stay in this house again.
