Cassine Gardens is a charming neighborhood of townhomes located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. Landscaped in a garden setting and situated in a private grove of pine, magnolia, and cassine trees, Cassine Gardens is the perfect neighborhood for families to come and relax. The complex amenities feature on-site tennis courts, 2 community pools, walking trails, a pond, a pavilion with a barbecue pit, and a basketball hoop. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Thinks I liked the most.The condo was thoroughly cleaned.The hosts were polite and responsive The beds and pillows were comfortable The patio was surrounded by treesThere were plenty of trees between unitsWe were right on 30A but no street noise.The pool was good size plenty of chairs

Stayed here with teens. Short walk to the beach, itâs literally across the road (30A). Also walking distance to a few restaurants & stores, the teens liked being independent. They biked to Seaside. The unit was pretty, spacious, practical and it had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet. Management responded quickly to questions. Thank you!

Very cute place and very clean. Great location near beach. We loved having the bikes to use as well. We had a few minor issues that are being worked on- washing machine didnât work - said a part is ordered- so had to go to laundry mat, also water leaking through dining room light fixture. We were told this is a known issue and they are trying to get the HOA to address the leak. The pools were very nice and not crowded. It is a great location to ride bikes to Seaside.
