We make checking in super easy, onsite at the condo! Someone from our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you! As one of our guests, you have access to us 24/7 should you need anything, have a question, or see something that needs our attention! CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As is common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
PARKING INFO:
Two parking passes will be included with your reservation. No more than 2 vehicles are allowed per reservation (strictly enforced). Oversized vehicles or trailers not allowed. Please reach out to us if you need assistance finding overflow or oversized offsite parking.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed.

We have stayed in this condo many times because we like the location. The complex is kept clean and the unit is perfect for our family. Parking is a real issue. It is especially bad over a holiday like the 4th of July. We were supposed to have 2 parking spots but there was no parking and no one including the management company could tell us where the overflow lot was. We had to actually pay to park somewhere else a couple of nights. They need to resolve that issue. We had a crawling baby and he had black knees and feet from being on the floor so a good steam cleaning on the tiles is needed. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen are clean.

Private beach is amazing. The pool area is clean as is the water. Property is perfect for a family getaway. Great sister’s and cousins week!

We love Spanish Key Condominium! Location, access to the beach and pool are great!!!
This specific condo had a few things that I felt like should’ve been better for the price. Our mattress in the master was extremely uncomfortable. It felt like a mattress that belongs on a couch bed.
The lock to the sliding door balcony was stripped and very hard to lock/unlock. Some furniture drawers wouldn’t open as well.. which is very minor and didn’t matter that much. It was more the mattress discomfort and the sliding glass door handle. I do feel like the pictures def look better than in person. It is a nice place but the price did not equal to what we got.
