Sleeps 14 comfortably and is located within minutes to Lake Powell, Glen Canyon Dam, Horseshoe Bend, and many other fun outdoor activities for the entire family! A boating, hiking and mountain bike mecca, with the Page Rim View Trail loop right out your back door. Overlooks the Colorado River Gorge and Lake Powell National golf course.

We absolutely loved this property. The layout is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and exceptionally clean, with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. One of the highlights is the stunning canyon view, which can be enjoyed right from the property and provides a breathtaking backdrop throughout the day.The home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood and is conveniently situated close to many of the area's popular hiking trails and attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the region.We were travelling with children aged 2, 3, and 7, and they especially loved the wide variety of toys, games, and child-friendly amenities available. It was clear that the hosts had thoughtfully considered the needs of families. The property felt safe, welcoming, and very family-friendly.The hosts were also excellent—responsive, accommodating, and attentive to details. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and they made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.Overall, this was a wonderful experience for our entire family. We highly recommend this property to families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable getaway with spectacular views, a great location, and outstanding hospitality. We would gladly stay here again.

Absolutely loved the house and the area. Beautiful view from deck. Hosts were very responsive, house was clean and the setup and amenities are perfect. Great location, enjioyed the local restaurants that were recommended.

The house has amazing views of Glen Canyon and the mountains beyond. We sat on the terrace and watched the sunsets each evening.The house is well stocked and the floorplan is interesting. Each bedroom has a theme. The house has easy access to the Rimview trail. This was a wonderful place to stay and we would stay here again.We had a great time hiking and exploring the canyons around and rock formations around Page. The only thing we would do differently would be to book Antelope canyon tours well in advance.
