The condo itself was very nice, comfortable and clean, and in the perfect location for us. We were warned that we might hear foot traffic from upstairs but were provided with a noise machine. But the people upstairs were unreasonably loud, like a herd of elephants, and kept us up, literally all night, when finally at 5 am we gave up, left, and drove home. The property manager responded quickly and was very apologetic, offering us a partial refund, which we appreciated.
