The property was super clean and updated! The views were spectacular and exceeded our expectations!! The building complex vibe was intimate and not the go-go of a super high-rise! We loved it! Mike & Anna

Stayed in this condo 2 years in a row. Very clean, very convenient to all of OB. smaller building means less people at the elevator, pool, and beach. hope to stay again soon.

This property is in an excellent location, with the best ocean view and very close to the stores. The unit is beautiful, with nice size rooms and awesome kitchen. Very clean and organized. This property is very conveniently close to the stores and is a big plus for us. We enjoyed our stay here.

All was well except dishwasher was broken and owner/ management didn’t get it fixed before we left.
We had to leave all dirty dishes in the sink. Quite inconvenient. The sink stopper in the guest bathroom wouldn’t release water. Had to prop it up so it would drain. No discount offered by owner for broken dishwasher which is part of the contract.
