Cozy 2-room apartment, approximately 50 m², for up to 4 people in a popular residential area of Westerland.
This vacation rental is located on the first floor of a semi-detached house. The entire apartment was completely renovated and modernized in the winter of 2023/2024 and now shines in new splendor.
A small entryway leads directly into the
living/dining area: A spacious living area with a cozy sofa nook (sofa bed) that can be converted into a sleeping area for 2 people in seconds. The beautiful dining table, which seats 4 people, is right next to the living area and the enclosed kitchen. From here, you also have access to the furnished south-facing terrace with a beach chair and garden.
Kitchen: Spacious and well-equipped country-style kitchen, as well as an additional dining table for 2 people
Bathroom: Bright shower room with a window.
Bedroom: Two comfortable single beds (each 90 x 200 cm), dressers, and a window.
Location: The downtown area of Westerland, with its numerous restaurants and shopping options, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The beach and the beautiful promenade are also within walking distance.
Pets: Not allowed.
Non-smoking home.
Parking: The parking spaces belonging to the house are available to all guests on a rotating basis.
