You will be delighted by this luxurious five bedroom Rehoboth Beach single family home in this convenient and amenity filled community. Arrive to a vacation with beds made with included linen service. The Grande at Canal Pointe is within easy reach of downtown Rehoboth Beach and the Junction Breakwater Trail to Lewes. Bike to Rehoboth Ave. to enjoy many coffee shops, stores, restaurants and bars, the board walk and ofcourse the beach! The soaring two story foyer welcomes you to an open concept floor plan. The sunfilled two story great room features a gas fireplace. Architectural details abound such as tray ceilings, columns, transom windows, wood flooring throughout both levels, upgraded trim on both levels, plantation shutters, custom window treatments and ceiling fans. The furnishings and detailed decor features a long list of designers such as Mackenzie Childs, Tommy Bahama, Ethan Allen Legacy Collection, Lexington Furniture and more. Pool table and lots of kid friendly and adult games to enjoy, or pick a book to relax and read on the screened in porch. The gourmet granite kitchen is well stocked the chef of your group will appreciate! It opens to a large dining area and the great room. First floor owners suite has a luxury bath with two vanities and well appointed walk-in closet. Upper level offers offers 4 additional bedrooms, and 2 full baths. There are 3 kings, 2 queens and a single bed with trundle single, pack and play for the little one and blow up mattress, offering plenty of room for all! Each of the king bedrooms include TVs. The main level of the home also features a pool table and home office for your remote work/life balance. The exterior includes an inviting front porch with two rockers, rear year-round screened in backporch with relaxing furnishings, and an expanded stone patio with new Weber gas grill and fenced in rear yeard for your enjoyment. The fenced in back yard backs to trees. Community amenities feature outdoor pool (in season), tennis, basketball and exercise room. Please be sure to bring along your personal bike helmets, rackets and balls for some playtime.

Great location and communication. Stayed with 9 adults and 3 toddlers. Very grateful for the use of the pool fobs and bikes. Myread was very quick to reply and was flexible with our different requests. We enjoyed being able to ride bikes to the beach and borrow the parking pass to park near Pennsylvania and surf Ave for an easy uncrowded beach spot.

We were absolutely delighted with this stunningly beautiful, extremely spacious house, equipped with everything we could imagine for all ages to enjoy, We loved the pool table, piano, screened porch, patio with gas grill, the expansive, well-appointed kitchen, and the generously welcoming living room. All the bedrooms were beautifully decorated too, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the swimming pool and beach/boardwalk every day. We went kayaking on the bay one morning, which was lovely. The kids had a ball at Funland, and we ate at several nice family restaurants. It was great having the bike path and a fruit and vegetable stand so close by. Our host was wonderful, providing such helpful and thoughtful information, and was readily accessible at all times. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality!

My compliments to the host. My questions were answered immediately and the check-in process was seamless. The property was spacious and well appointed and there were many opportunities for a variety of activities.We had a wonderful vacation and I feel like I made a new friend.I recommend this property to others.

We had a great time on vacation! The house was beautiful and well equipped! There were 2 families that shared the house and plenty of space! Centrally located to everything! The grocery store the beach and all the restaurants! The parking pass was a plus for driving into town. We will definitely be back!
