The unit was modern, well equipped, and comfortable. We were most interested in hiking in RMNP. It was a 3 minute drive to the entry station and about a 20 minute walk to the North Inlet Trail head. The proximity to the park was amazing, allowing us to avoid crowds in the park and timed entry (early-mid June). Grand Lake is also beautiful and the small town has coffee shops, grocery stores, and other amenities. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. Of note, there was a washer and dryer in the unit which was convenient after a week of hiking.

I can not adequately express how lovely this rental unit is and how much we appreciated that EVERYTHING was thought of by you all! So comfortable, so quiet, great location, everything in the unit worked. Love the Coffee Bar, full-size shampoo & conditioner & shower soap. A perfect “reset” for our new year. We just live in Denver metro, so we will definitely be back, to this unit in particular.

This was a perfect getaway. Perfect location, super comfortable in every way. I noticed some reviews were concerned about air conditioning, it looks like they have been installed all day in window air conditioner. Absolutely lovely stay and lovely place.
