The house was a great location to the beach.. walking distance. Pool and putting green a big plus. The house has good bones but more updating especially the bathrooms would be nice. The bedroom we stayed in had no air vents and it was a hot week. Thankful for the ceiling fan and box fan, but will say the bed was very comfortable in that room. The widows walk gave great view of the island and the ocean! Enjoyed the fireworks from the pier in celebration of the 4th of July. We had a great week and I would recommend this house but would like to see more updating for the price we paid.

Overall, this place is in a wonderful location and is well-stocked with everything you need. Check-in was smooth and communication was good initially. We did have problems with the a/c and ice makers all week. Despite attempting to fix them, they were not repaired, which did affect the overall quality of our stay. We had to buy several fans because several days the house was 79 degrees and very uncomfortable. We did enjoy the kayaks, pool, putting green, and dock; however many of the other amenities need to be updated. For example, the golf cart’s registration was expired and it was extremely slow. Many of the bicycles needed tires or were missing chains. This truly is a great location and a beautiful home, but it definitely needs updates to align with the price point.
