Independent cottage with two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. All-inclusive service. The owners, Tiphany and Stéphane, are delighted to welcome you to the heart of their working farm.
A unique experience! Join Stéphane and Tiphany on the farm to discover their world. Nearby: the "Pat à Foin" educational farm is open year-round.
Here you'll find the peace and tranquility of the countryside and the convenience of being close to a major road: the Paris/Brest highway. The accommodation is just 5 km from the greenways (for cycling).
In the commune of Champéon, enjoy the walking trails starting right from the property.
Please note: the cottage is located at the foot of the N12 highway, but rest assured, there is no traffic noise, as the bedrooms overlook the courtyard. The cottage is on the first floor, accessible by a comfortable staircase. LEVEL 1: Living room with open-plan kitchen (10m²): refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, and hob - Bedroom 1 (12m²): 1 double bed (140x190cm), en-suite shower room, desk - Bedroom 2 (10m²): 1 double bed (140x190cm), en-suite shower room, desk - Separate WC.
The living room opens onto a balcony with outdoor dining furniture.
Outside: Garden with lawn, charcoal barbecue, sun loungers.
Baby equipment: cot and high chair available.
INCLUDED: Beds made up - towels - kitchen linen - cleaning - heating.
Business stay: Maximum 2 adults.
Weekend stay (1 to 2 nights): Check-in 4 pm - Check-out 4 pm.
