Welcome to CocoaCabana, a private family-friendly vacation home in Cocoa Beach designed to accommodate up to 8 guests. Located within walking distance to the beach, this home offers a private heated pool (12/15-3/31), mini golf, tiki hut, and a wide range of family amenities including beach gear, bikes, kayaks, and paddleboards.
This property is ideal for family vacations, multi-generational trips, and extended stays on Florida’s Space Coast.

This was a 10/10 experience! My children approved of the house, pool and backyard! They were very excited about how close it was to the beach! We are already planning for next summer to stay in this exact house! 5 star experience!

Another perfect stay at what our kids call the “rainbow house”! We enjoyed getting to relax before our Disney cruise here. The house is stocked with everything you need for just about any activity including a day at the beach. We will be back!

This home is great! It has everything you need from the moment you walk in you see a coffee bar that has it all, a kitchen fully stocked with everything you need, toys and games for the kids, beach towels, an abundance of towels and washcloths, 2 bathrooms that has lots of things you might need like magnified mirror (for older individuals), brand new toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.! Our family of 7 had plenty of room in this house. With 2 King size beds, and a 2 Queen size beds everyone slept great! We literally swam in the pool every day. The beach was an easy walk across the street and so we went to the beach every day. Everything you could even think of that you might need for the beach was provided! We used the wagon and put beach chairs and sand toys, surfboard, boogie boards, etc. and it made it so much easier. We went early to the beach to see the sunrise and was blessed to see a huge turtle that had laid her eggs and was making her way back to the ocean. Amazing!! The home is very close to restaurants, activities like go karts, dinosaur museum. You could even walk or ride bikes because there are bikes provided for you to use if you wanted to go to any of these places. This was such a great place for our family, we are thinking about getting this home again next year.
