The modern, two-story Casa El Peral can accommodate up to 8 people and one baby, making it ideal for a larger group or two families of friends. Another plus is its proximity to the town of Puntagorda. This tranquil town, with several small supermarkets, bars, and restaurants, is within walking distance, so you won’t always need to rely on a rental car. There’s also a bus stop above the house, and many hiking trails lead directly from the house further north on the island or, for ambitious hikers, up to the island’s highest peak, the Roque de los Muchachos.



Casa El Peral:

Casa El Peral is a spacious house spread over two floors. You enter the house through the upper floor. A small entryway leads to the left into the first of a total of four bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower/toilet, bidet, and double sinks. On the opposite side are the stairs leading to the lower level and another bedroom with two single beds. At the front of the house is the large living area with an open kitchen. Numerous windows and a glass-enclosed access to the terrace flood the room with natural light and offer a beautiful view of the center of Puntagorda and the sea. The room has a special charm thanks to the gentle slope of the wooden roof and the natural stone wall. A leather chaise longue invites you to enjoy cozy evenings. Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon Prime are available to guests on the large flat-screen TV for entertainment. The modern kitchen is very well-equipped, and the dining table separates the living area from the kitchen. From the living area, you can access the master bedroom, which features two large windows opening onto the terrace and an en suite bathroom with a hydromassage tub.
Good insulation and split-system units (air conditioning/heating) in all bedrooms and the living room ensure comfortable temperatures at all times. An electric heater is available for the bathroom.



On the lower floor, guests will find another living/bedroom with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, a small bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a walk-in closet. From there, you have direct access to the outdoors. Another highlight is a spacious game room, which is also located in the basement but is accessible only from the outside. On rainy days, there’s no chance of getting bored there with table tennis, darts, and various board games.



Barbecue enthusiasts will enjoy the covered barbecue area with a gas grill and two additional gas burners. A wine barrel serves as a small standing table. Dishes and kitchen utensils are provided. The barbecue area leads directly into the game room, so the large table can be used for meals with a large group.



Fruit trees have been planted around the house. On the upper terrace, you can enjoy sitting outside at the large table. The large umbrella provides plenty of shade.
