But you ask, 'what's Fripp Island like??' It's a beautiful, pristine private resort sea island set up for quiet, relaxing FAMILY vacations. At Fripp, the beaches are never crowded and you can be certain your kids will have a great time. 3.5 miles long, the entire island is a wildlife sanctuary and has an abundance of birds, deer, dolphins, sea turtles & much more.
Our Tide Water Blue Bonito Drive Bungalow is located in the heart of Fripp Island's Ocean Creek neighborhood, which includes 4 swimming pools, the Cabana Club with the tropical-themed pool complex and Davis Love's Ocean Creek golf course.
Take our 4 person complimentary golf cart to the beach, golf courses, tennis courts, marina and Veranda Beach pool complex, or just cruise around the island. No matter where you go, Ocean Creek has all the fun amenities for you and your family to enjoy during a quiet, relaxing vacation.
The house sits on the 17th fairway of the Ocean Creek Golf Course. At one end of Bonito Drive is the beach, usable at all tides. The Marina is at the other end. We are about halfway between the beach and the Marina. Boat owners, bring your boat and have the Marina launch it. In the evenings, don't forget to relax on the rear master bedroom porch.
Turn on the ceiling fan, grab a seat, freshen up your beverage of choice and watch the sun set over the marsh. This is why you decided to vacation on Fripp Quiet, relaxing low country beauty, all at your fingertips.
The house offers extras like hardwood floors, plantations shutters, a decorative fireplace and a jetted master tub. Don't forget, we provide you with a free golf cart during your stay. It's our small way of thanking you for selecting our bungalow for your vacation.
The large great room leads out onto a rear screened deck, with back yard access, overlooking the golf course, marsh and creek. The lower deck also has an outdoor dining table for 6....This is the perfect spot to enjoy a low country boil and admire all the deer that visit. The top of the golf course....just 40 steps from the house, is also the best spot to watch the sunset. It is our favorite.
The bedrooms are set up as a king master suite with a jacuzzi bathtub, separate shower and TV, a queen bedroom(2nd Master) with a full bath and TV, 2 twin beds in bedroom 3 with TV. One roll away bed (which fits nicely in either upstairs bedroom).
Our family has been visiting the island for more than 18 years. We have fallen in love with Fripp & we are certain you will too!
YOUR RENTAL INCLUDES FREE USE OF (1) four PERSON ELECTRIC GOLF CART(a $325 value) . We provide our guests with extra amenities worth over $320 when compared to renting through the Resort or from Fripp Island Excursions. All stays will have a $215 Cleaning Fee.
Rates do not include Fripp Amenity Cards-They are available for purchase & allow access to all Fripp Club activities. Amenity cards are necessary to gain access to all Fripp restaurants, fitness center, pools, tennis & 2 golf courses.
ATTENTION - IF YOU ADD AMENITY CARDS TO THE RESERVATION THERE WILL BE A 12.8% RESORT FEE ADDED TO THE RESERVATION.
*EACH GUEST 13 OLDER MUST HAVE A GUEST CLUB CARD TO ACCESS THE CLUB FACILITIES

CANCELLATION POLICY
A full refund is granted for a cancellation 90 days before arrival. A 2/3 refund is given for a cancellation between 60 and 90 days of arrival. A 1/3 refund is granted for cancellations between 30 and 60 days before arrival except during March through September, that is non refundable. There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival at any time. However, if we can re-rent your rental period, all monies will be refunded less a $100 processing fee.

We absolutely loved this home for our weekly stay on Fripp Island. The home is welcoming, clean, provides everything you need in the kitchen, the beds are comfortable, and it is decorated absolutely adorable! We found that many of Barbieâs decorations are from local shops either on the island or in Beaufort. We love that it is located in the central part of the island and it doesnât take long to get to any restaurants or beach access points. (we enjoyed the food at the Cabana restaurant the most) We found that beach access numbers 25 and 26 were the best for parking and space of your own on the beach. Barbie is very accommodating and has communicated responses promptly. We would definitely stay at this home again as it felt very much like our own home.

This home worked well for our family of 4, our daughterâs friend and our dog. Everything was clean and in good working condition. The rental comes with a golf cart included, which saves you the cost of renting a cart separately. Fripp is so much more enjoyable with a golf cart. I wouldnât do Fripp without one. The location is very nice. Since there was 5 of us, one of us had to walk to the beach each day. The nearest beach entrance is an easy 10 minute walk.The kitchen is well stocked. The cookware and appliances are in great condition. It has everything you need to make quality meals. A grill is available, which we used a couple of times but it is showing its age.The rooms were set-up well for our family. Each bedroom has access to a full bathroom which is a must for a family of all girls and a dad. The beds are comfortable and the rooms spacious.We also enjoyed the screened in porch on the back overlooking the golf course. We ate several meals out there, enjoyed coffee and read. It is nice and peaceful.The owner communication is excellent. They checked in with us as soon as we arrived. We had a minor mix up on amenity cards and the owner worked out a solution immediately without disruption to our plans. Since it is keyless entry, check in is a breeze.Also appreciate the solid internet connection. It is nice for winding down after a day at the beach.We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this rental on future vacations to Fripp.

The house is situated in a very convenient location. We loved the way the house is decorated. Communication from the host was superb. Having the golf cart was a much needed bonus. Being able to bring our Pomapoo dog with us was also good for us. We enjoyed our time here.

We cannot say enough good things about the property and Barbie and Matt! Weâve been to Fripp five or six times now, and this is our favorite house weâve ever been in. The house is beautiful, clean, just as described, and the location is fantastic. The included golf cart is also a huge bonus. Barbie and Matt are very helpful and always respond quickly to any questions.
