Up to date Condo. Newly renovated. This condo has everything you need for a fun couples get away... or bring your kids with a water park right outside your door. The beach club is set up with chairs and tables to have a nice drink while you watch the sun set in Pawleys!

We had a great stay here and will do it again! Perfect spot for waterpark. Our family had a blast.

Great condo for a family of four! The second-floor location near the elevator was very convenient, and the covered parking was a nice bonus. We appreciated the hotel-style luggage carts, bike racks at every building, and especially the balcony—we used it constantly. The outdoor furniture was comfortable, there was plenty of space, and the drying rack was perfect for beach gear.The pool, lazy river, and splash pad were a huge hit with the kids. The beach club was an easy drive with plenty of parking, soft sand, and lots of room for swimming and playing. We also loved the bike path that connects to the state park—about 6 miles round trip—and even spotted four alligators along the way.Overall, a fantastic family vacation spot. We would definitely stay here again!!!

I have stayed at this condo on two occasions and look forward to staying again. The view of the pool, lazy river and beautiful outdoor seating is so peaceful. The condo is adequately furnished and has all kitchen items needed to prepare meals. I would recommend staying at this lovely condo.
