The holiday apartment "Unterlehenhof" is located in Zell am Ziller, inside an old traditional mountain farm that has direct access to the ski slopes.
This 135 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi as well as satellite TV.
A baby cot is also available.
The holiday apartment also offers 2 private balconies where you can relax in the evening while enjoying peaceful mountain views.
The apartment is the perfect starting point for skiers in the wintertime and hikers during the summer months.
There is a ski bus stop directly in front of the house (the ski bus is free of charge for skiers). The ski resort of Karspitz is just 5 km away, the cable car is 4 km from the property, and the amusement park of Rosenalmbahn Zell is located in the valley, just 4 km from the house.
The property is near the ski area "Zillertal Arena".
The farm offers homemade products: Bread, butter, eggs, honey, jam and schnapps (the farmhouse has its own distillery).
A bread roll service is also available on request.
There are 3 parking spaces on the property.
Bringing pets is not allowed. There are animals on the farm.
