Park your car onsite at the house and walk 8 minutes (0.4 mile) to Red Line Metro station to access downtown DC with less than 30 minutes and most DMV (DC, Maryland and Virginia) metro areas. Family friendly in a safe and vibrant neighborhood surrounded by restaurants, groceries (Wegmans, Whole Food, Trader Joe’s, Fresh Market, Giant, Target, Oriental Store, etc), shops, parks and schools. Minutes to downtown Rockville, Bethesda, Navy hospital, and NIH. Side walks take you everywhere on foot, including recreation parks. Equipped kitchen, in suite laundry, four TVs, game, fire ring, big backyard, easy access to basketball, tennis, swimming, soccer, and biking to the National Zoo and The National Mall in DC.

The property was as described. The metro was easy to find and in easy walking distance. We had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location and close to everything. We loved the lightning bugs in the back each night and the playground across the street.

Such a wonderful stay! Jay was very thorough with helpful check in information and throughout the stay when we had questions. The home was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The space room was a big hit. It’s easy to recommend this place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and cozy. The rooms looked a little bigger in the photos, but were still very nice and clean. If you are 6’0 and up it may be a little tight upstairs. Lol! The host was very hospitable, accommodating, and provided a lot of great information about the surrounding area and transportation. We would definitely stay again. Beautiful home and very quiet area.
