Very clean and easy to check in. This property is as advertised. The only issue was that the smoke detectors were going off on our arrival and we had to fix them including replacing batteries.

Everything was as advertised, David was good host & will consider booking again next year if we return.

Stayed for three nights everything was perfect, close to parks definitely would stay there again.

Location was great, unit needs some work. There is a tear in the screen of patio that a racoon likes to walk through, a toilet seat that is duct taped, a shower door that's ready to fall off, the ac that is iffy, and a toaster that doesn't work. Other than that we we fairly happy with the place.
