We were in Georgetown on a fishing trip. We appreciated the close proximity to the Sampit River landing and the landing at South Island Ferry. There is a fish cleaning table on the property. Also a hose that we could use to rinse the boat out each afternoon. So the location was great for us. However, if someone is going just for sight seeing in the city of Georgetown, you might want to stay closer to town. This lovely home is across the Sampit River from what I would call "Georgetown proper"

Billfish is super cute, adorable and delightful. Well appointed for what u need, lovely deck overlooking the marsh - a peaceful respite! We will be back next year! Thank you Talor!!!

We had an issue first day as we were not able to get into rental until after 6:30pm. My daughter was very tired from the long drive.
The host was kind enough to provide an adjustment due to the situation.
