À propos de cette location de vacances
Beautiful 4-room apartment measuring 82 m² in a traditional style, accommodating at least 5 guests, with a balcony overlooking the TET River, and featuring two private underground parking spaces.
Facing due south, it is located on the first floor (accessible by elevator) of a high-end, private residence in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood close to all shops.
A 5-minute walk from downtown, a 15-minute drive from the beaches, a 30-minute drive from Spain, and an hour from the mountains.
No car needed—train station and airport nearby, with a bus stop right in front of the residence.
Pleasant and very sunny, it features a large living-dining room, furnished in Catalan style and equipped with air conditioning that can cool the entire apartment.
It opens onto a balcony equipped with a roller shade to provide some shade.
It features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, grill, coffee maker, etc.).
You’ll find two large bedrooms with plenty of storage space, as well as a single bedroom with a TV and closet.
It features a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet.

10 / 10Remarquable·janv. 2026
The hosts were responsive, kind and making sure that we were not missing anything. The flat was brilliant, tastefully furnished and it had the feel of a welcoming home. The location was great, as we just had to cross a bridge to get to the centre of town. The river we crossed was also interesting, and we could take a walk around the banks. All in all, a very pleasant experience, in a calm and relaxing place. Next time we come to Perpignan, it will be our first call !
