Be our guests at Park Place Villa! This Level Lakefront home is located on the Eastern shores of Seneca Lake close to Lodi Point State Park on a quiet dead end. When you enter this recently built home, you'll be greeted with open concept living, dining, and kitchen with over 3,500 square feet of finished space to entertain family and friends. Off the great room there's a deck close enough to hear the waves, and take in the spectacular views of the lake while enjoying your morning coffee or dinner while watching the gorgeous sunsets. Two king sized primary en suites, two queen sized bedrooms, plus two twin beds in a separate space. The finished entry level offers a kitchenette and large family room for movies and relaxing.
With easy access, this is a level area for recreation, bicycling, and walking. A 100-foot dock is just outside your door to soak up sun, and provides great fishing, boating, or kayaking (1 included) opportunities. Lodi Point State Park is only six houses away with boat ramp and two playgrounds.
Located mid-way up the east side of Seneca Lake, you are conveniently accessible to Ithaca, Watkins Glen, and Geneva. There are many wineries and breweries close by. Ovid is the closest town for groceries, pizza delivery, a Chinese take-out, coffee shop, diner, drug store, Dollar Store and more. There are also many restaurants nearby.

The lake house was spacious with beautiful views of the lake from the upper deck. Loved the location , walk to the park. Two problems we had was the dishwasher didn’t work while we were there so we used lots of paper plates. Disappointed the gas grill barely lit and you have to bring your own propane. We ended up grilling burgers in the kitchen because the grill doesn’t get hot enough. Lastly there are lots of seating options outside but not enough cushions. Overall loved the place and the views.

exactly how it looks in the photos. Kitchen is well stocked with pot pans utensils. Fantastic view. We stayed here for our daughter's Ithaca College. Graduation slept eight people comfortably.

Very clean house, owners were very helpful and attentive. The “kids” room could maybe have a curtain for privacy but overall, loved the property and would highly consider returning.

It is a beautiful home. Location is very central to the places we wanted to see and so that was great. The house was also very clean.Some issues made the stay less than pleasant for my group. 1. There was basically no heat in the basement. We had an unfortunately very cold rainy weekend and my kids were wearing their coats to sleep and we had to buy extra blankets from Walmart and a small heating element. The hospitality simply was not there from the host who was pretty dismissive when I told her how cold my kids were. She just said that she knows the entire large basement has only one vent and to use blankets (of which there were not enough of).2. The dock was not accessible while we were there. She told us in advance but made it seem like the whole area was affected. But the neighbors all had their docks accessible...3. The listing said there where additional beds than there were. The listing was later fixed but we were not adequately compensated for the discrepancy. Shortly before the stay when I inquired she just told us to bring an air mattress if we wanted.4. Note the 5th "bedroom" does not have a door. Legally it is not really a bedroom but rather a den. For some this does not matter but there is a difference and for our kids (difficult to get to stay in bed), it did matter.In the end, we received back 150 out of 4100 for our 3 nights. In comparison, the cleaning and service fee alone were over 700. Pretty disappointed overall.
