The second bedroom is fully furnished with a king bed. The property comes stocked with all the basic essentials you will need to enjoy your stay. This was a perfect getaway for two couples. We each had our own bedroom with a private bath. A plus was having a covered carport, considering we had motorcycles. Easy access to downtown Hot Springs and surroundings. The view from the balcony is undescribable. We will definitely be going back.

The view is fabulous.! Can't say enough good things about this property, clean, spacious for the 2 couples that stayed here, comfortable beds. Things to remember to bring, hair dryer, and personal shampoo/conditioner, and soap/body wash. Otherwise good adequate linens, and kitchen ware. Would definitely stay here again.
