Stayed for 3 months and would have stayed much longer if I still needed to be in the area.
Very clean, exceptionally appointed and amazing views of the Minster. Very comfortable sofa and bed. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you may need.
Not used them but there is a Murphy bed (not sure if functional) and a foldaway camping style bed.
Close to everything. Loved it and would definitely go back if I’m in the area again.
Thanks to stays York for a no fuss booking and customer service every time.

11 Bootham Row was a great location for a stay in York. All the historical and sites of interest were within walking distance. We were very pleased with the apartment, which was spacious, clean and stylish and had everything we needed, including a lovely comfortable bed. The ringing of the Minster bells on Sunday morning was fabulous and added to the atmosphere. Being up a side street, the location was quiet for a city location. York Stays was efficient and helpful. If we ever return to York we would definitely book this apartment again.
