WINTER GUESTS:
If it snows during your visit, you'll need to shovel snow by the gate and move your vehicles when the snowplow comes. We hire a Snowplow to clear the driveway and your parking area if it snows over 4" and won't melt off. We provide snow shovels to clear the area around your vehicle and the gate.
For more transparent pricing, we do not charge a Cleaning Fee!

Property was very clean and cozy, and host is very responsive. Close to town for food, groceries and gas. Deer visit daily and berry picking from the garden is a treat!

We always enjoy our stays in this cozy cottage. Beds are good, kitchen is well equipped and so is the bathroom. And when we are with our family in the big house it’s so convenient.
