Located on one of the banks of the Douro River, near the famous Port wine cellars and the historic area of Gaia/Porto. A short distance away you'll find the sea and a wide coastline of beaches.
The house was recently renovated in 2015. It consists of 2 apartments, one on the first floor and the other on the 1st floor.
It is located in the parish of Afurada, on the left bank of the nearby Douro River.
A village overlooking the river and sea, with simple, friendly, and welcoming people.
Water sports and a bar area can be found at Douro Marina; a short distance away is also the Douro Estuary Nature Reserve, which forms the border between the river and the sea.
Total area of each dwelling, 85 m2: living room with sofa bed, dining room, kitchen, guest WC, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and storage.
The house is equipped with: refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, towels and bed linen.
NEW FOR 2025: Now with air conditioning throughout the house.
Check-in: After 4:00 PM, automatic entry system with code. Instructions will be sent in the welcome messages.
